2 Bananas Frozen bananas make for a thicker consistency
1 tbs Peanut Butter Use a peanut butter with only "peanuts" as the ingredients to avoid unnecessary sugars + additives
1 cup Plant milk Use any plant milk alternatives: oat, rice, nut, etc
1/2 cup Blueberries Frozen blueberries will make for a thicker smoothie

    Have you ever tasted the color purple? Well it’s delicious and just so happens to taste like banana and blueberries with a light hint of peanut butter.

    Whether you have the need for a quick snack, sweet “dessert”, or just need something that you can stand to swallow… this smoothie is sure to hit the spot.

    I love the variations you can add for extra nutrients.

    • Toss in a handful or kale or spinach for a boost of greens that you can’t even taste
    • Toss in a spoonful of flax to add those plant omega 3’s
    • Top it with cashews or your favorite nut for more healthy fats + vitamin E
    • To take your purple color to next level, add a tsp spoon of macqui berry powder

    Tip: Frozen bananas and blueberries will create a thicker consistency for those that desire a smoothie bowl. Not frozen, no problem! It will still taste just as good.

    Add all ingredients to blender

    Tip: Add the plant milk in before the peanut butter so that it doesn't stick to the bottom.

    Add any additional ingredients such as frozen kale or a scoop of plant protein.

    I use a nutribullet, but any blender will do!


    Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
